I have found the cheapest frozen items my family wants. Is it worth it though. It is reasonably cheaper than most, but is it cheap enough? Suggestions? What's the most I should pay for these items. i dont have a DIsney store around me.
Elsa doll $38.99
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00FEN58KA/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new
Kristoff Animators $36.95
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00HMULJXS/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new
And they are wanting a play set still looking at prices.

The prices I saw listed were different, but ultimately it's up to you decide whether the price is worth it or not. From what I can tell, the Elsa doll has a list price of $17 and the animator dolls are around $25. So it's up to you decide if you're willing to pay over double the list prices.

The DisneyStore.com does periodically get re-stocked, so you can try stalking the website to see when/if the items are re-stocked. Otherwise you will have to deal with the secondary re-sale market.

Remember also the prices for Frozen merch is going down steadily. We got lucky and managed to snag a few pieces from a Disney store in the bay area a couple weeks ago. I talked to one of the clerks today as we are still looking for a Sven adult plush and they said shipments (may vary store to store) is tuesday and saturday, but they had people lined up at 6am this morning. If you have a free Tuesday or Saturday coming up and don't mind getting up a bit early, it may be worth it just to save some money and not have to worry about an amazon/ebay reseller who is trying to make a fast buck.

I stop by Disney Stores regularly and watch DisneyStore.com and we have:

Elsa dress
Anna dress
Kristoff animator
Anna animator
Elsa animator
adult Sven
baby Sven
Kristoff plush
Kristoff, Anna and Elsa barbie size dolls
plush Olaf

I would not pay over retail for any of them.

It varies by store. Each store in the Denver metro has a different delivery day, so make sure to call ahead. Also, many stores do lotteries for merchandise.

Watch the website. They have been restocking around 8am PDT lately. But you can get stuff. I wouldn't pay over retail to the people marking them up, it encourages those that go and buy up lots of stuff specifically to resell.

Do I like the whole scoop up tons of merchandise just to resell thing? Nope!

I was at WoD when they restocked Frozen items one day and it was nuts! Some people had huge stacks and/or bags full of stuff. I saw one mom & kids guarding a pile of dolls while dad looked up e-bay prices to see if it was worth paying for an extra checked bag to get them all home. They decided yes.

BTW, I noticed signs limiting purchases of Frozen merchandise to 5 items per person at DLR the other day, and I don't remember seeing those before. I think that's a good thing!

All that said, lining up at 6am just to have a chance at a lottery style drawing for whatever Frozen merchandise may have come in (I understand that's the procedure at many B&M stores), or constantly stalking the online store hoping to catch a restock (some people set their alarms for crazy early hours and check in multiple times a day as well), doesn't sound like much fun to me.

So if I didn't want to wait until the craziness dies down (and it will) I'd pay over retail to get what I wanted and be done with it. That's me and my time is more valuable than a few extra bucks mentality though.

Note: I wouldn't pay a ridiculous amount over retail, but I do realize that tax, shipping costs, and fees add up, and that's without any kind of convenience charge added on.

Good luck with your decision OP.

I know you're looking for toys but Zulilly has a bunch of Frozen stuff today. No toys but they had cheap shirts and some other things.

If you are looking for the Frozen barbie type dolls, have you tried Target or Walmart. I got Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff and they were less than $20 each.

I have been looking for other Frozen items for dd on Amazon, Disney store, and ebay, but they are either sold out or priced ridiculously. I won't pay over retail. Good luck.

The Frozen dolls are on eBay, some not over retail.
While I would recommend against paying more than original retail for these, since Disney is making more, I see no reason not to buy them on ebay for no more than retail.

What baffles me is how many of those listed on eBay are being shipped from China.
Are these really the same dolls that Disney is selling in the US, or something else?

I also see a bunch of plush Olaf that is being shipped from China.

These are all low priced items with mostly free shipping from China.

Anything being shipped via an ebay buyer straight from China is a knock off and you are being ripped off.

The Disney Frozen items are not currently being made because they won't have the materials until July (from what I was told). Anything sold from overseas you will want to avoid because A LOT of fake items are being sold. Your best bet is just to wait it out until the items are back in stock this Summer

It is worth noting that the Disney Stores and DisneyStore.com are periodically being re-stocked with Frozen merchandise. I saw the Anna and Elsa dolls, Sven and Olaf plushes and some clothes (not the costumes) available on the DisneyStore.com this week. So, if you are looking for certain items, I would keep checking the DisneyStore.com. Those items are not going to be fakes (thank goodness).
