Frozen singalong at Videopolis

The first performance has just finished, guessing this is going to be extremely popular

Does anyone know if it was just on the screen or if they had characters presenting it like in HS at WDW. I didn't get to see it in the summer there and would love to see it at DLP

They had a screen and two hosts, but no characters. This is just a test, for the eventual showings to be in Chaparral Theatre, if deemed successful. Possibly characters will appear there then, but nothing has been revealed officially yet.

Oooh - is this going to be a long term thing? A brillilant idea, very few overheads but will be so popular!

My opinion is that this is a much better use of this theatre than the school groups/choirs but moving it into Chaparrel is a cop out for providing a real show there.

A forum member on TA who is there now and saw it yesrerday was told if it is a success and they do decide to roll it out on a more permanent basis the earliest that will happen is next Summer.

They don't do things quickly there, do they?

I think they need to tweek it like the WDW version with Anna and Elsa leading it. Right now, it's not attracting me though so agree with Jill about not wanting to see kids singing on stage!!

I love Frozen but this would be much better with characters.

It doesn't appeal to me at all at the moment and I don't think it will to my girls either as they were never interested in the Frozen singalong cinema showings.
