I have a friend that posted on fb when lma was closing, even though it was common knowledge, all the bloggers had posted about it, but since disney hadn't made their official announcement he got in trouble.
Anna and Elsa did a great job and we should leave it at that

I've seen that show a lot and seen lots of repeats for both Anna and Elsa (including the ones pictured here) and for the Historians. They struggle to cast good Elsa's but that is one of the better ones I've come across.

So on a mildly but hardly related topic, what does Elsa do when she is not putting in her five minute performance in this show? She has always been good when we have seen the show, but does she have other responsibilities besides coming out and singing at the end? I've been thinking that must be a sweet gig if she just hangs out backstage most of the day.

They do 5 sets of shows a day.

Not sure, but I'd assume like any other theatre, once ready you'd wait in the green room or dressing room until you're up. Then wait in the wings until you're on stage.

That is what I thought, too. I have been in theatrical performances and hanging out in the dressing room is not a very challenging task.

So with five shows a day, does that mean that she actually performs a total of about 25 minutes a day? That is why I was thinking it must be a pretty nice job to have.

Maybe they make her sweep or something while she is is in the wings . . .

One of our last visits, a cm that was near the exit doors literally said aloud the Entire dialogue of the show, gesturing and all. It was distracting and lest I say odd behavior. People noticed and it just seemed so "off"
Was he an understudy that practiced all the parts? Just bored from seeing/hearing show all day every day and entertaining himself?
No idea but at the time it ruined the experience, now thinking back its kind of funny. Anyone else ever experience something like that or him?

When we saw this show in 2015 those were the Anna and Elsa that we saw and they were very very very good! My kids were just drawn into the performance...my little 1 got a little scared of Elsa's "Ice Magic", but hopefully that won't scare him when we go back next year, LOL

My friend that lives in Orlando said she lives next door to Minnie Mouse. After hearing that you kind of loose some magic even at 45... So I can see why they don't give out names lol! Each one is ELSA! Lol!
