Frozen ride in Norway

Does the frozen ride in Norway open at 11 am along with world showcase? Or does it open when future world opens? This is probably posted somewhere but cannot find it. Will be there 9/4 thru 9/8 and no fp+ available so need to know rope drop time for it. Thanks much!

Unfortunately,Gran Fiesta Tour(and I am "assuming" the entire Mexico Pavilion)has returned to an 11:00 AM open.

I have read that most have not gotten a FP before 12:00. I was only able to get one for late afternoon 5:00, happy I got one though, so "shifted" our plans for that day.

Yeah, based on what I've gleaned they open at 9 but no FP till right at 11

Should mean the line moves faster

I overheard a castmember tell someone in front of us that the Mexico and Norway serve breakfast so they open the rides for park opening.

That was the case at first but I think the numbers have been too low to continue to operate in Mexico that early so they decided to close. But I'm not certain on that
