Frozen ride and International Gateway Entrance

I am staying onsite at Beach Club and don’t have a fastpass for the Frozen ride. For tomorrow, I thought I would enter the park via international gateway at 9am and head over to Frozen ride in Norway. I asked a cast member if entrance would be open before 11. He confirmed, but said the ride doesn’t open until 11? This seems contrary to what I see in Touring Plans and the Disney app.

So, I figured I would ask the experts here! Will frozen ride be open at 9am tomorrow? And if so, can I get there via the gateway? Thank you!

The ride opens at 9am and you can enter through International Gateway.

I have a map on how to get to Frozen and Soarin’ from the IG. Just go to the Maps sticky post at the top of this forum (its also linked in my signature) and jump to the Epcot maps.

You have to head toward future world to go around as its blocked off at France

Frozen opens at 9am, just as Future World opens. You must head toward future world and then walk past Mexico to get to Norway.
From the IG, you can get to France to get pastries in the morning, but cannot go beyond that.
