Frozen was featured in Dancing with the Stars and NOW will be in the next season of Once Upon A Time? Isn't Frozen moving a bit too fast to be jumping into TV series and other series? Check out this clip if you DON'T believe me - http://youtu.be/2djenBrc3c4

You mean that Disney is striking while the iron is hot? I don't see how waiting for the interest in Frozen to cool before doing these types of things would be a good strategy.

Personally, I can't wait to see how they translate it to Once Upon a Time!

I just read an article that said it was the OUAT writers who approached Disney about using Elsa, not the other way around. They said a good magical person who is misunderstood and perceived to be bad was just too good to pass up.

I tend to agree that as long as the characters and/or show are popular, it makes sense to have it show up elsewhere. I was surprised by the appearance of Elsa in OUAT, but things like Dancing with the Stars seems more like a "one off" type thing so they can be easily done.

i cant wait to see how it works in once upon a time, but it was also on voice last night and Kat did a good job with it I hope she stays Lol.
I think its cool and i like to see them trying to use the popular shows and movies to get views too

The more interesting Disney keeps in Frozen, the longer they can merchandise and profit off of it. It makes sense for them to expand it (which really means promote it) as much as possible.

Wow Disney is milking Frozen for all it's worth!! Guess I can't blame them, but to me when they start over merchandising/making spinoff series & movies it strips the property of magic pretty quickly.

I can't believe that Frozen is as popular as it is.

Honestly, I tried to watch it twice and just couldn't. I got way too bored and started playing on my phone.

I read that article as well. I think they will do a good job with Elsa.

I did not like them making Peter Pan a bad guy. They didn't even go with the bad/good mix that they have done so well with Regina and even Rumpel/beast.
They went totally bad with Peter Pan.

If they too significantly modify a character's character, it is going to make presenting the character in the parks more challenging.
The toying with the good side of an evil character, or the bad side of a basically good character is fine, I like that.
But going totally evil with a character that is not at all evil, doesn't work well for me.

I enjoyed it, but not to the degree that would have had me expecting its current level of popularity.
But I already knew the songs, because one of my Pandora stations had been playing them. I really liked most of the songs.

I would not wait in line over 30 minutes to see any character, not even Alice if I am wearing my Cheshire cat hat.
I do not really understand the popularity of meeting characters. It is fun, but I don't see it being worth the wait times that people are willing to wait.

If you have a 4yo daughter who LOVES the movie and pretends to be Elsa all the time, it is TOTALLY worth the wait to see the joy in her eyes when she walks in and sees them there. Without that, total waste of time!
