Frozen Ever After opening time

We'll be at Epcot for the Flower & Garden show in early March. We want to see Frozen Ever After first thing in the morning. Does FEA open when Epcot opens at 9am, or does it open when World Showcase opens at 11am? Also, does the line build quickly for this attraction? Thanks in advance everyone!

It will open at 9am. We rope dropped last year between Christmas and NYE. Standby was about 20 minutes.
