Is there still a Frozen meet and greet that has fast passes?

No, there were no FP+ options last week for Anna and Elsa at Epcot or Olaf at HS.

No. Anna and Elsa are at Epcot, Olaf is at HS, neither place have Fast passes as the line moves quickly

no FP but thanks to some Disney magic the lines do move fast. unless you are going during a very busy time ( Christmas new years thanks giving ) you should not have very long lines, if you are worries try to get there as soon as you can or with in the first hours of the park opening also during illumination or right after ( if after try to watch illumination close to that area)

For A and E you may want to wait a bit. Josh at easyWDW had a blog post about how wait times are actually lower in the early afternoon. Probably since a lot of people rush to RD FEA and then head to the M&G. You might want to keep an eye on the wait times before you go to see what they look like throughout the day.
