Please tell me where and how to get FPs. Thx

Both Olaf & Elsa/Anna meet in DCA. When we were there in June, they had done away with the FP for Olaf, so we didn't need one. He meets over by the exit of Monster's Inc. Elsa & Anna meet in the Animation Academy building. There is a mobile FP cart outside (usually at the end of the street down by Hyperion Theater) where you would get your FP. Once your return time comes up, there is line in the lobby of building that you'll wait in. That said, one morning we didn't need FPs because there wasn't a line, but a morning two days later we did, so it's best to double check. CMs are all over the place and happy to direct you in the right direction.

We're planning on doing Anna & Elsa's Boutique early afternoon Sunday, and I wanted to meet them after that with the hair and makeup all done. What are return times like (i.e. how close to the time I get the pass would my return time be), and how long do those FPs last? If I wanted to grab a FastPass around 12:30 pm, would they still be likely to be available?

Two years ago when I was at Disneyland, Anna and Elsa were at Disneyland where Rapunzel is.....does this mean that Rapunzel is back?

Rapunzel is usually outside in front of Fantasy Faire and she swaps with Merida or Ariel or Aurora, but she does take the occasional day off. She was also at Ariel's Grotto character meal this month.

I'm not sure how long they last as we got ours first thing in the morning so our return time early. But I was surprised that the A&E window was only 20minutes, not an hour like the ride fast passes. (So our return time was like 8:20 to 8:40). So keep that in mind if you are trying to get a specific return time.

They should be. We were there a couple of weeks ago. We couldn't get one right before our 9:30 Adriel's breakfast because the entry time was only about 20 minutes later. We picked them up after 11 and still only had about 20 or 30 minutes before they kicked in. Your FP window for them is only 20 minutes instead of the usual hour and with them being FP only I think that means more FP are available.

Also, that will probably be a good time to see Olaf. We saw him on two different days during our trip around noon and in the afternoon and the first time the line was 20 minutes, and the second time it was 10 minutes or less. I've heard that there is a rush to him in the morning, but then a little later in the day his line is fairly short and that was our experience.
