Frozen Character Cupcake Toppers?

So.......Frozen themed party supplies are pretty much sold out everywhere And of course my DD really really wants a Frozen-themed birthday party.

I was wondering if anyone could design a few circle or square cutouts (similar to bag toppers, but able to be folded sideways) for me so that I can just glue them to tiny plastic toothpicks and stick them in cupcakes.

My daughter's favorite characters are Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Kristoff. Her name is Maddie, and it's her 6th birthday. I'd really appreciate it

I can't design for you but can recommend making your own "ice" with melted sugar and blue food coloring (might find ingredients online but I think thus what my wife did). Anyway, we made little ice castles on the cupcakes, threw in some purple plates and some chocolate snowflakes (melted white chocolate that you freehand on wax paper into slow flakes). I think we had one package of actual frozen cups from a party store. Good luck!

Thanks! The chocolate snowflakes sound great! I've also seen some blue rock candy ideas on pinterest that look really cool.

Still hoping for some design help though

I PM'ed you....because I made a really dumb mistake. My daughter is actually turning 5, not 6. I feel so dumb that I did that. Is there anyway you can change the toppers to say "5th Birthday"? I feel so idiotic. Sorry

And not to be totally ungrateful or overreaching, but is there anyway you could also do an Elsa Mickeyhead that says "Maddie" on it? That would be so awesome if you could. Thank you thank you thank you.
