What about hitting Test Track first (since it comes before Frozen) .. (at rope drop) and then going up to FEA right after that? What's the estimated wait for that sort of plan?

That's my plan for my next trip (as I have a FP for Soaring) .. stupid tiering system at Epcot ..

Wait times are very inflated for this ride. That being said, the best strategy is what others have mentioned. Rope Drop it or hop in line at close and wait it out.
