Frontierland is this still true?

When I went in 2015, Frontierland opened an hour later when there was a morning EMH.

During AM EMH, and only Tomorrowland and Fantasyland are open for that EMH hour.

Not only is Frontierland not open for AM EMH, but neither is Liberty Square and Adventureland.
