I've posted about them on a few other threads. But I've flown them to MCO out of Philly twice in the past year since SW seems to be charging more lately--in March and August. Knock on wood, but no issues. The first time I wasn't aware that their pricing is pretty much ala carte, so we ended up spending a ton during check in for checked bags and in-flight for snacks (they don't offer a free drink or snack and flight took off before airport restaurants were open). The second time around I was prepared, packed smarter, pre-paid for my checked bag online, and made sure to bring snacks (you can pay for snack vouchers online, as well). Their flight staff was courteous and kind. Planes looked newer, but seats don't recline and have these annoying snap back-spring type tray tables. So beware because oftentimes parents weren't paying attention, and it can get annoying if the kids behind you are playing with them. Flights were on time. Have a great trip!
