Front Porch Bar @ House of Blues

I haven't been to WDW since 2010. I don't remember seeing "The Front Porch" @ the House of Blues. I know that this is the bar in front of the restaurant. The site says that it opens at 4pm, and that there is live music played every night.

Anyone know when they start the music?
