When staying at universal front of the line privlidges start at check in? They expire at the end of the check out day?

Just trying to figure out the rules.

You have Express privileges the entire day of check-in and the entire day of checkout. You can show up for your one-night stay at 7:00a, check in to get your keys (without getting your room yet), go to the parks all day with unlimited Express, stay overnight, checkout the next morning, and go to the parks all day--again with unlimited Express.
