Front of the line access at Universal

The front of the line access for Universal onsite guests - does it cause a big delay for the rest of their customers who are not staying onsite?

When it was unlimited rides for the Portifino, I didn't find any major delays. You might have had to wait a few more minutes for the next car or roller coaster train, but nothing too major.
