from WL to Boma - is it better to take car???

I am contemplating making a reservation at Boma, i am just not sure if it would be worth the headache of taking the bus to MK and then another bus to AK and then the same hassle on the way back. Plus riding on a bus after a heavy meal makes me a bit nervous if you know what i mean. lol
Would it just be all around easier to take our car and if so how long of a drive from Wilderness Lodge? Is it an easy drive from Wilderness Lodge?

I would recommend taking your car if this is available to you, unless you want to spend about 45 minutes to go from WL to MK then MK to AKL. Driving would be about 20 minutes from WL to AKL.

Yeah, the car would save a ton of time. If you are going from WL, then it is worth it. If you were leaving from the theme park, I probably would just take the Disney transportation.
