What kind of transportation is best to use from WDW resorts to SeaWorld?

There are Mears shuttles and commercial taxis, but they can be expensive. If you don't mind riding a city bus you could take Orlando's Lynx bus from Downtown Disney.

You can also take the Lynx bus from TTC runs once an hour down to Sea World/I-drive area then goes on to Downtown Orlando.

Also I don't know of a Lynx bus from Downtown Disney to Sea World, They do have a couple of one time a day pickup routes from West Side but those are use mostly by Cast Members that work at Disney.
