From The Hub To Frontierland..

I'm going to do my best to see the fireworks from the Hub area.

I'd like to head over to Frontierland afterwards to ride BTMR during the 2nd Fantasmic show.

I know it's going to be horrendous trying to get out of the Hub area, but anyone have any ideas of the best route to take?

I have a great plan for you. If you watch the Fireworks on the side of the hub nearest Carnation Garden's area then immediate after you can take the little path to the left of the castle, past the Carnation Garden's stage, then duck through the Rancho de Zocalo tunnel (this cuts through the restaurant area and there are bathrooms in the hallway). When you come out, you will have to veer hard right to avoid the large crowd of people alraedy lined up to get to F! but if you cut hard to the right, you will be able to get on the path that will take you right to BTMRR que.

I've taken this path after the Fireworks before, and it has worked well for me.
