From MCO to U.S., from U.S. to WDW without a car

My plan is to go to U.S. for a few days before going to WDW. I do not drive in Fla., so a car rental is out. Is there a taxi company, or a driving service that is not overpriced, that you recomend, for going to Universal or from Universal to Pop? We are traveling with a wheelchair, but can transfer.

If I do not take Disney's Magical Express to WDW, can I use it going back to MCO?
