From Grand Floridian to Swan after hours

Any advice would be helpful. I’m going to need to get to the swan from the grand Floridian, after hours. My family is staying at the grand Floridian and I’m staying at the swan. I’m going to be watching the baby at the GF room while everyone goes to the fireworks. After they get back, I need to get back to my room at the swan.

You're baby sitting. Let the parents treat you to a taxi or ride share.

Buses from TTC to the Reserve should be running after park close. The parents get back after fireworks, you talk for a few minutes and say goodnight. Good chance you'll just miss the bus

Fireworks often end before park closing. As long as they’re back quickly after park closing, just go back to MK & grab a bus to BWI or YC. Then walk to Swan from there. The buses run for an hour after park closing. Or take the monorail to TTC & get the bus right back to Swan.

This is what I would recommend if you're trying to save money.

Time is money. Too many 'what ifs' traffic, crowds, weather. Get a lyft/uber. Well with the cost for peace of mind.

Yes, but the official information given out is 1 hour after closing. I don’t want to give the OP, who won’t be in the park, the impression she can make her way back to MK wherever she wants after closing. Don’t want her to expect to get a bus back to her resort whoever she gets there, only for her find everything closed down. I’d rather repeat the official info so she can plan accordingly.

The easiest hands down is grabbing a Lyft/Uber back to the Swan. We often go to Trader Sam's at the Poly an no way would i want to deal with walking to the TTC or taking the monorail, then have to jump on a bus. By the time you get to TTC you could be getting dropped off at the Swan. If you prefer ask the bell hop if there is a taxi waiting, they can flag it down if they are.

If sticking with Disney Transportation, if you're within the 1hr of park closing, then it would be easiest to head from GF to MK (boat or monorail), grab the Boardwalk bus, then walk over to Swan (Boardwalk is the closest walk to Swan, then Yacht, then Beach in that order).

If you're fairly well past the MK +1hr park closing, you could catch the Disney Springs bus from GF, then hop the Swan/Dolphin bus back (or Boardwalk). The Disney Springs busses run very late - til' around midnight and longer if there are still guests trying to get home.

If you don't mind spending, then the Uber/Taxi/Minnie option is always there.
