What are the transportation options from FW to Poly (and back again)?

Also, any idea how long that "option" might take? (on avg) Thanks so much!!

Lots of ways to get from FW to Poly...
Here goes...

Of course, it depends where in FW you are... it depends on how much fun you want to have to get there.. (or if speed is a factor)

You can go from your site to Pioneer Hall on the internal bus system. Walk over to the waterfront and take the boat to the MK. From the MK , you can hop on the monorail over to the Poly. VERY easy. How long? Oh, that depends on the time of day etc. I'd say... with no crowds, 30 -45min. (maybe even less)

Or you can take the internal bus to the Outpost and then pick up a bus to the MK entrance. From there, you can take a bus to the Poly or again, pick up the boat and take it over to the TTC where you can walk to the Poly. I think this would take longer due to the number of busses and waiting for them.

There are a few other ways but all will take time. But if you are new to this, I would plan on 45 min for sure..more if you run into closing time at the MK.

Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure neither FW or Poly have MK buses. From FW you can take a boat to MK or CR and hop on the monorail, from the MK you can also take a boat to Poly but it will stop at GF first.
In general for resort to resort transfers you should allow about 1 hour from room(campsite/cabin) to resort, this allows for just missed boats, buses and monorails. If you make all your connections the trip should be 30/45min regardless of if you chooses CR or MK to transfer.

Or you could take the boat launch to the Contemporary and monorail to the Polynesian. Always several ways to travel at WDW.

First I take the bus to Epcot - walk back to Canada and the UK and have a few beers then - where were we going? oh yeah Poly walk back to the monorail and go to TTC and walk to the Poly. After I get to WS I usually forget about going to the Poly anyhow. Have a nice trip

To all, thanks for the options/advice! To "ntsammy5" - :rotfl2:
