Thinking of going to see Cirque du Soleil during our trip to WDW in early Feb. We are looking at the early show (6:00) and know we should arrive around 5:30 for the "preshow". My question is - How long should we allow to travel by WDW bus from EPCOT? Do the buses make a direct connection or do we need to change buses at the transportation center? Or should we take the monorail to the transportation center then bus to Downtown? We'll have a late lunch in Epcot and eat dinner after Cirque. Thanks for your thoughts.

I'm pretty sure there is a bus to DD from Epcot, but I'm not possitive since I've never done it. When you go into the park in the morning, check. If there isn't one, leave through the International Gateway. You can catch a bus to DD from any of the resorts there.

I would allow at least an hour to be safe. You never know if you'll get to the bus stop right as the bus pulls away and end up waiting a while.

There is no direct transportation from Epcot to DD. So you could take the monorail to the TTC, then switch to a DD bus. Total time, about an hour. I would allow a bit more.

But there is a quicker way. Leave Epcot via the International exit (between France and UK) and walk to the Beach Club, which will be the first resort on your right after leaving Epcot. Catch the Downtown Disney bus there. Total time, about 40 minutes. Again, allow more.

Enjoy Cirque du Soleil. It's a wonderful show!
