From All Of Us, Thanks Pete!

If you would have told me that I would ever feel as part of a family with people who I haven't even met, I would have looked at you like a crazy person. Well that has happened, and not just to me but to the other thousands of DISsers. We often talk about Walt, and his dream to create this magical world in which the best of people comes out, in which we are all accepted for who we are, and most importantly a place where we can be happy. There is one person like that, and a person who doesn't get the same recognition but a person who in some way has also touched all of our lives, Pete. He followed his dream to create a platform for all of us to have a voice and share our love and passion for that magical place. Pete I thank you, not just for this boards, but for allowing us to be a part of your life. To see you tell your story and get emotional on the last show, gave me so much greater appreciation for everything you do. Many of us come from places, or have experienced things no human should ever have to go through. The DIS has opened the door for us to feel a part of a family, and for that I thank you.

I can't wait to meet you and the rest of the crew at DISapalooza!

PETE WERNER I don't know how often you or your team reads these post. I just have to say I really love you and what you have provided for all of us Disney fans. This episode about get to know the team, was one of if not my favorite show to date. The stories where great to hear on how you all got your starts at your company. I have been watching the show for about 3 years now and love the time I get to spend with you guys. I have to say that your story though really resonated with me. I am also a recovering addict. I so believe that we addicts have to channel our energy in something positive. Your story brought me to tears as well. I am so greatful for the life that I have. I was able to transfer to Orlando with my job and get to live out my Disney World obsession on a weekly basis. I had the pleasure of briefly meeting you Corey Dustin and Jeni last year @ the 24 hour event near POTC. I was so excited so I apologize if I was a little bit of a nervous fan boy. But I would love to see you guys again at a meet or in the parks. My wife and I are pregnant with our first and can't wait to plan a trip to Disneyland in the coming years. We really want to do AVD as well. We have never used Dreams before but for any trips outside of here we are going to be using Dreams for all of our Disney vacation needs.
