from 0% to 100% how ideal is your current home?

I'm at about 65%. I bought the house from my parents. There is comfort in that. I am the 4th generation of my Dad's family to own/occupy the home. It was built in the 1940's, it is a 1200 square foot 3br/1BA. For what we paid-we wouldn't be able to get anything else move in ready. It is old, and needs a lot of updates/upgrades. I know the area and neighborhood well, the highway is literally a minute away. My gripes are that I have no space for me. My desk area that was upstairs with my kids bedrooms was taken away to put in a 2nd bathroom. The basement is old and dingy. I don't like hanging out down there. We want to put on addition for an ensuite bathroom and expand the kitchen- still waiting for interest rates to go down.
