Frittata ???

Have one in the oven, hubby home in 30 mins....what do I serve with it? Its mostly veggies (red/green pepper, red onion, garlic, baby portobellos) with egg beaters and low fat cheese (trying to be heathy LOL). Anyway, it'll be done soon, what do ya'll suggest?

It sounds yummy all by itself... Maybe a light white wine?

If you feel you have to serve it with something, how about a green salad....sounds good alone too..
