WHile I still prefer kethcup ( Heinz ) I do enjoy Heinz malt vinegar. I really only enjoy STEAK fries, though.... or potato wedges, not skinny french fries.

I have to put malt vinegar on my shopping list! There used to be an English style fish and chip shop in my old neighborhood. I used to go and buy the "chips" loaded with salt and vinegar all the time. I really miss those.

Malt Vinegar works great with Fish and Chips but for the real Ocean City MD taste I like Apple Cider Vinegar like Thrasher's uses.

Oh yes! I'm not the only one who does this! Whew!

And I love malt vinegar on my fries too, with salt and pepper. White or apple cider vinegar will do in a pinch, but malt vinegar is the best! And then I either dip it in mustard or thousand island.
