Friends visiting while we are staying, where can they leave their car?

So weird situation. We will be staying 2 days at the holiday inn at disney springs. On one of our nights we are looking to invite some friends that live in orlando to join us at disney springs, and possibly hop over to polynesian for trader sam's afterwards.

What Im not sure about is them being able to leave their car so late at disney springs (based on how late we get out of trader sam's), and our hotel charges for parking. Does anyone know of any spots they may be able to leave their car while we roam around? (considering we cant drive to polynesian since we dont have a reservation there)

Disney springs closes maybe 1:00/2:00. The bars/ restaurants close late. Plenty of time to get back to your car.
You will take a bus to poly, then one back to Disney Springs.

Above suggestion is good, but buses tend to run between resorts and DS until about 12:30am, which is an hour after the weekend closing time of 11:30pm. Weekdays it may be midnight since DS closes at 11:00pm, but I’m not certain about that. I believe the parking garages do close, but it’s closer to 2am (?). You can always Uber back to DS if there is the need.

Yeah the plan was to uber back as that’s what we’ve done before when leaving poly. Glad to know the parking garages are still accessible that late.
