Friends going to DL in February

My friends are planning a trip to DL in Februrary. It will be their first trip.
They will be there 21st to 24th.
Can you tell me what the crowds will be like & how the weather is.

According to touringplans .com's new DL site, Feb 21st will be a crowd level of 10 out of 10 for the DL resort. The rest of the days will be 7 out of 10.

The 21st is a US national holiday and will be very busy, it should taper off immediatly the next day.

February is a moderately cool month with over cast mornings being common. It is also the rainiest month of the year at DLR. This doesn't mean it will rain or rain hard but it is something to be prepared for.

I had never heard of that site and went to check it out but all I see is info WDW. How do you see info on DL?

I found it on accident. I was trolling the web and came across this: touringplans .com/disneyland ( I am a new member to this board and can't post real links. Just get rid of the space in the link)
It seems like they are going through a trial period, and I did need to sign up for it. But it is pretty cool for a free resource.

February 21 is President's day. I think alot of schools get that whole week off and call in Winter break.

I was there that time last year. President's Day was pretty crowded but the rest of the week was not bad. The weather was really nice too.
