Friends & Fun, a Fabulous First Family Trip

Day 4 – May 5

The alarm went off at 6:00, I got up and ready then started to wake the girls up. They usually get up around 7 and we needed to leave shortly after 7, so this was pretty early for them, but as soon as they woke up enough to remember that it was BBB day they moved pretty quickly!

Some background here…as soon as I found out about the BBB I knew both Ella and Jean would love to do it. I also knew they would want the fancy dresses, not one of their own from home but there was no way I was paying the full package for both of them. We agreed that Daddy and I would pay for the Crown package and if they wanted the full Castle package they could ask for donations for their birthday presents. Now until last summer our girls were the only grandkids on both sides, so even now with one cousin they are still a little spoiled by grandparents, aunts and uncles when it comes to birthdays. Needless to say they each received more than enough to cover their part of the deal :)

We were in the car and on our way by 7:15 but it took a little longer to get to the MK parking lot than it should have. Instead of following the signs we tried what looked like a more direct route on the map taking us past Fort Wilderness. Turns out that way is not really more direct as you basically have to drive all the way around the parking lot before you loop back to where the entrance is. Anyways we made it and checked in only a couple of minutes past their 8:05 reservation. It was great to walk up Main Street with barely any people wandering around! Unfortunately because we were running late we didn’t have time to take any pictures.

At the BBB, the girls were shown samples of the dresses they could choose from and decided which shoes and crown they wanted. Ella went with Belle and Jean went with Cinderella. While that was being organized we sat down to decide which hairstyle they wanted.

IMG_059.jpg

From reading other reports about appts later in the day, I highly recommend trying to get an appt first thing in the morning – there were other girls already in their chairs but we were the only people in the lobby/waiting area.

A few minutes later we were ushered back to a change room and with some fanfare their outfits were revealed. Jean got changed quickly and went out to her chair. Ella needed a bigger size, which was brought out fairly quickly and she got changed and went to her chair right beside Jean’s.

Jean’s FGIT was very chatty and was asking questions and telling her what attractions she should see. Ella’s was much quieter but was still very pleasant. Having read other TRs and reviews I was ready for them when the 2nd FGIT came to do the makeup and nail polish and asked them if they wanted nail polish or press-on nails – each time I quickly piped up and said nail polish is fine, before the girls really realized what was being asked :rolleyes1

Ella took a bit longer to be done – she had started later plus it takes a long time to tease all the hair in the attachment into the “poof”.

So here are the best of our own pics...

This next one is one of my favourites – right up until that morning E had been grumbling about “what am I supposed to do while they are at the BBB?” and I had given some practical suggestions “enjoy Main St. without the crowds, take some pictures, go have a coffee” but once we got there he didn’t leave and, as you can see, really enjoyed watching them having fun!

Day 4 cont'd

The Photopass lady did a great job, getting some excellent shots of both of our girls and jumping back and forth to 2 or 3 others as well!

Here are the Photopass pics - I'll mostly just let the pics speak for themselves!

Overall an amazing experience for both girls - and we still had the photo session to do!!

So its shortly after 9am, we have 2 girls transformed into princesses and a whole day of fun to be had!

Day 4 cont'd

With their transformation complete the girls were eager to get going, but we had to pay first. It took quite a bit of time to get settled up as they were having trouble with the computer but after finally paying (I did tip both FGIT) we decided to go straight to Exposition Hall for the photo shoot before it got crowded or the dresses got itchy or the hair started to hurt. We had to go out the back of the castle and around as the walkthrough was blocked off. But we were glad we did because we saw these girls with only a small line!

IMG_099.jpg

I had heard that these three are very much in character at 1900 PF and they were here as well. Ella was reluctant to join the picture at first so I was holding the autograph books while convincing her to join us and Lady Tremaine says in a very condescending voice “We cannot sign them my dear if you just stand there holding them”! They commented on Jean’s likeness to Cinderella and asked Ella whether she preferred the Beast or Gaston. When Ella replied the Beast, they went on and on about how they preferred Gaston since he was so strong and handsome. Lady Tremaine commented on how lucky the girls were to have been to the BBB and said that her girls could never do that as they couldn’t sit still long enough, at which point the stepsisters both erupted into a fit of wiggles to demonstrate! Altogether a great meeting!

We finally made it to the Ex Hall around 9:30 and luckily there was no one else doing a sitting so we got going right away. As you can see, Ella loves the camera whereas Jean is never really sure why the photographer is asking her to do these things! Also, Ella decided that she would look more princessy if she wore the crown, so we put it on. I took some pics at the same time but mine are not very good...here is a sample of the pics from the photographer:

IMG_107.jpg

I asked for a family shot, so she let E & I join in for a couple of poses:

IMG_108.jpg

I think it was at this point when we looked at the family picture the E said "maybe I should have worn a nicer shirt today". You think? Really? He knew it was BBB and CRT day so why he chose an old work t-shirt is beyond me :confused3 I guess the upside is that he did realize...just a bit too late!
We spent some more time picking out the poses and borders for the pictures that we received with the Castle package, had those printed and put in a nice folder.

As we left there were several character greetings going on (Pinochio, Mary Poppins, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck) but our next goal was to do as many rides in Fantasyland as possible before our lunch ADR at CRT, so we didn’t stop for any of those. We did stop for some photopass shots on our way back up Main St:

IMG_109.jpg

IMG_110.jpg

IMG_111.jpg

IMG_112.jpg

Once back in Fantasyland, Ella declared that we had to ride the carousel first for Nana (my mom whose favourite ride anywhere is the carousel) so the girls and I did that. E wasn’t interested so I think he went to the restroom while we rode – we only had to wait one cycle before we got on :woohoo:

IMG_113.jpg

IMG_114.jpg

There was only a 5 min wait for Snow White, so we did that – the girls were also eager for that one because they wanted to brag to their Uncle J (my youngest brother) that they weren’t scared (it petrified him when he rode it as a kid – he literally tried to climb out). After that we looked around to decide what to do next. Dumbo was a 20 min wait and we figured it would never get better than that so on we went. There was a bit of an issue here in that whenever we had to split in twos Jean always went with me but this time Ella wanted a turn with me. Jean was not very happy about this and was on the verge of a meltdown but she finally got that her options were to ride with Daddy or not at all...riding with Daddy won!

Here’s E and Jean

IMG_115.jpg

and Ella

IMG_116.jpg

The carousel from our flying elephant

IMG_117.jpg

Small World was also only a 5 min wait, so we went on that next. Ella complained that the song gave her a headache but I think she liked it -picture proof of her interest

IMG_118.jpg

I think the real issue was that she was due for more Advil. That reminds me, when we got up in the morning Ella still seemed a little feverish but was very excited about the day – we basically kept her on Advil every 4 hours (even though its supposed to be every 6) throughout the day to keep the fever at bay and for the most part it worked :thumbsup2

It was just past 11:30 and our ADR was 12:05, so I took the girls to the restroom (so that our lunch would not be interrupted at all) and we headed over to the castle to check in.

Next time...we meet some princesses!

They look so cute all made up. Did they keep the dresses on all day? My granddaughter is getting done at the BBB but I purchased a dress at the Disney Store.

Wow!! So many beautiful pictures!! It looks like your girls had a great time at BBB!!:thumbsup2 They looked like little princesses--soooo cute!!! What a great picture of your DH looking on, you can clearly see how much he was enjoying watching.:goodvibes

It sounds like you had a great morning!! (and you got alot accomplished!!;)) I can't wait to hear how your lunch at CRT went.:)

Another Canadian here! Enjoying the TR. That's too bad your little girl was sick on your AK day.

Guess what!! I was ur DD Ellas 2nd FGIT. I thought your family looked familiar although I would see tons and tons of families a day but I do remember your faces which makes sense now!!!

The pictures turned out great!

I'm sure your granddaughter will love the BBB, they make the girls (and the cool dude boys!) feel so special and fussed over, and it doesn't end when you walk out of the BBB, CMs were referring to them as "princess" the whole morning!

You'll see in upcoming posts that they did take them off later on but Jean then had hers on again the next day at HS :)

The girls did have a good time - in Ella's mind she is a princess so her whole demeanor was that "finally, this is how things should be"! DH likes to grumble about being surrounded by girls (even our dog is female!) but really he loves it and as long as they are happy and having fun he is too :thumbsup2

Another Canadian here! Enjoying the TR. That's too bad your little girl was sick on your AK day.

:welcome: and thanks for joining in - Ella will be interested to know that you are from Manitoba, her Maplelea doll is the one from Manitoba so she's interested in anything from there!

How crazy is that?! Actually for us, I'm not surprised...the reason for the "friends" part of my title is because of all the people we knew that were at WDW the same time as us - the 2 families I already mentioned plus another that we spend the day with later in the week and once we were home we found out about 2 other families we know who were also there the same week!

You and your colleagues did an amazing job :cheer2: thank you!

I'm going to try to get this post up quickly before the girls' bath time!

Day 4 cont'd

When I left off we were on our way to check in for lunch at CRT...

It was a bit chaotic and hard to tell which line was for check in and which was for waiting to be called but we got organized and we were in line to meet Cinderella by noon. Ella couldn’t stop staring at her!

IMG_119.jpg

Jean was glad for a chance to rest!

IMG_120.jpg

The mice watched over the festivities

IMG_121.jpg

After the girls greeted Cinderella, they had their picture taken - the printed one we received is beautiful, mine didn't turn out as well but here it is

IMG_122.jpg

then we went up the stairs and were seated in the middle section but against the wall of the upper level. It was a nice table as we could all see out the windows even though they were a few tables away. Soon after we ordered the princesses started to arrive. There was:

Snow White

IMG_123.jpg

Aurora

IMG_124.jpg

Belle

IMG_125.jpg

and Jasmine

IMG_126.jpg

(she became E’s favourite ;)). They all chatted as they signed the autograph books, Belle commented on Ella wearing her yellow ball gown and asked her if she liked to read books too. The girls both had hot dogs, which came on Mickey shaped plates with soup and salad in the ears. E and I both had the pork tenderloin – I had read not so great reviews about the food here but we both really enjoyed our meal. The pork was tender and the couscous/veg dish was delicious. Our only complaint was that we waited a long time for our dessert; to be honest I think our server forgot about us.

We headed out to go back to our room for a rest and swim. As we came around the castle we could see that the Forecourt show was on. Jean pointed out that we had just seen all those princesses and I replied with something about how busy they must be. Ella pointed out that the princes were there too and the girls decided that it made perfect sense for the princesses to have quickly changed outfits and gone out for the show if their princes were waiting for them

We got a little turned around again trying to get back to POR, luckily Jean had fallen asleep because we – gasp - drove off Disney property. Ella was awake and was quite concerned that we get back on property asap! This was when E started to wonder if we should cancel our planned trip to Kennedy Space Center on Thurs. and spend another day at MK instead :) I told him that it was completely up to him, doing KSC was his idea and if he really wanted to go we would, or he could go himself and the girls and I would do MK ourselves. He didn’t like that option, but I told we didn’t have to decide right away and it was his choice.

Anyways we did find our way back, but when we got to our room Mousekeeping was just about to go in. She said she could come back later but we said no, go ahead we will wander for awhile (I didn’t want her coming back and waking Jean in the middle of her nap). I finally took some pics of the view from the balcony right in front of our windows

then looking up at our room from the walkway

We took some shots of the girls along the river

Then continued on to poke around at the gift shop, shared a fruit bowl from the food court for a snack and when we got back our room was done. We all had a rest and then went for a swim – I opted not to swim so that I could take pictures.

This is from the bridge going over to Ol' Man Island looking back at our building:

IMG_136.jpg

Rested and refreshed we got ready to spend the evening at MK!

Day 4 cont'd

After the swim we got ready to return to MK for the evening, the girls decided to wear their regular clothes to go back to the park and Ella left the hair piece out – although Jean did keep the Cinderella shoes on! I re-did Jean’s hair as much as I could and we drove back to MK (following the signs this time!). We took the train around to Toontown Fair and toured Mickey’s house. The girls thought this was really fun:

IMG_140.jpg

IMG_142.jpg

IMG_141.jpg

Ella especially liked the wheelbarrow in the garden as she had just made a model wheelbarrow for her “simple machines” project at school :)

Next we rode Barnstormer which had a 10 minute wait. Here's E and Ella:

IMG_143.jpg

We were starting to get hungry so walked towards Fantasyland to find somewhere to eat. We settled on Pinnochio Hause – Jean and I both had pizzas, Ella had a PB&J sandwhich (which she deemed gross after a couple of bites) and E had a chicken ceasar salad (I think, if not it was something like that!). Once E finished he went and got us FPs for WtheP. After the girls and I were done we got in line for Peter Pan. This was one of the longest lines of the trip. I think it was posted at 20 minutes but I’m sure it was longer than that – there was a length of time when we weren’t moving at all so I’m guessing that they had some sort of temporary breakdown. The girls managed relatively well – there was another little girl behind us so she started playing hand and counting games with Ella and Jean and that kept them all distracted. We all really enjoyed Peter Pan – loved the feeling of flying over London!

Then we went to use our FPs – WtheP was nice but a bit of a let down after Peter Pan. It was about 8:20 so we decided we had better make our way to the front of the castle to get a good spot for Wishes at 9pm. We walked around through Tomorrowland - realizing we hadn’t done any attractions there yet! We stopped to buy some light up necklace things for the girls - I had brought some from home and completely forgot them in the room. We found a spot on the bridge to watch. I remembered from my “research” that this bridge was a good place to watch Wishes and I thought that Tinkerbell came over at this spot but couldn’t remember for sure. A while later we were chatting with people beside us and they confirmed that she would fly right over us and that when they started we should shift slightly because of the tree in front of us. E took charge of the camera and played around with taking pictures of the castle while we waited – these are the ones that came out best, I think he said he kept it on the auto setting but covered the flash with his finger!

IMG_144.jpg

IMG_145.jpg

IMG_146.jpg

Wishes was wonderful – Tinkerbell did in fact fly right over us and the fireworks were spectacular :cheer2: When it was over we were able to grab a photopass photographer and get some great night time pics:

IMG_147.jpg

IMG_148.jpg

The crowds getting out of MK and onto the monorail were crazy but they kept moving and once in the car we were “home” very quickly. And so ended a very long but very wonderful day :thumbsup2

The next day we visit DHS, stay tuned!

Great pictures of your girls with the princesses at CRT.:goodvibes I would love to go there but with two boys it's pretty doubtful that I will make it.:sad2:

POR looks like a beautiful resort and what a relaxing afternoon!!:thumbsup2

Love the night time pictures of the castle.:cloud9: After doing much research we have decided to watch Wishes from the bridge. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed them from there and that Tinkerbell flew right over top.Yay!!!:yay:

Can't wait for more....

Great TR so far :thumbsup2 Your girls are adorable and have such cute things to say :) My family and I were at WDW April 29th - May 6th almost the same dates as yours . Can't wait to read more so I'm subing !popcorn::popcorn::

CRT was wonderful, the princesses were very gracious...you never know you may convince the boys some day!

We really enjoyed POR, it was very laid back, quiet and relaxing :)

The spot we had for Wishes was great, but then again I don't have anything to compare it to  We were on the bridge right near the gate to the Rose Garden (I can't remember the exact name).

:welcome: Thanks for joining in!! If I remember from your report there were a couple of days that we were in the same parks but it didn't sound like we overlapped - but you never know, keep your eyes open for yourselves in our pics!

Awww your welcome :) I was trying to figure out if we had any overlapping but can't remember exactly what days we were where , I'd have to go back and read my TR ! LOL Oh well I will be keeping my eyes peeled for a glimpse of us in your report but it will still be fun to read what all you did. :)

Day 5 - May 6

We decided to take it a little easier this morning and not rush to get to HS for the park opening – thinking it was a better strategy to let them sleep in and then not take an afternoon break seeing as HS closed at 7pm that day. Jean insisted on wearing the Cinderella dress again and I figured it wasn’t worth arguing about. We did convince her to wear her Crocs not the Cinderella shoes and made sure she had a change of clothes for when it got hot and itchy and off we went. We arrived around 10am and decided to rent a stroller for Ella again – she was still not 100% and we thought putting out the $ for a stroller was worth it to keep her comfortable and not whining. The Little Mermaid was showing at 10:30 so we headed there and were easily able to get in. We noticed all day that although the streets of HS seemed fairly crowded to us, the shows were not full or would fill up in the last minute before the start. We enjoyed the show and thought it was really well done.

As we exited I could hear the HSM3 music so we ran over to the front of the Sorcerer’s Hat where the show happens and easily got a spot just as they were getting into place. We are huge HSM fans – we know all the lyrics (even E) and I can’t count how many times we’ve watched each of the movies! So I was singing along and dancing and trying to get the girls to as well. Jean was a little bit but Ella was being shy with so many people around. I guess Jean stood out a little being in her Cinderella dress, whatever the reason she was selected as one of the guests to join in for “Night to Remember”! We have friends who were at WDW in the winter and their daughter had been selected as well so Jean knew this was normal and was completely OK with going and dancing :cheer2:

IMG_149.jpg

IMG_150.jpg

She did get turned around coming back after the dance and Ella had to run out and bring her back to our spot!

IMG_151.jpg

We thought we would try to catch the next showing of Disney Playhouse but we just missed it. However, Handy Manny was greeting fans and the line wasn’t too long so we jumped in and took advantage of the Photopass person there:

IMG_152.jpg

IMG_153.jpg

Annie and Leo were next – we knew we would see Leo at lunch but with June so the girls really wanted to meet Annie. First they posed with Rocket while waiting:

IMG_154.jpg

Then the Little Einstein’s themselves where we again made use of the Photopass:

IMG_155.jpg

You'll notice up close that Jean's hairdo is a little worse for wear despite the extra get and hairspray I had added that morning ;) but she was so enjoying being referred to as "Princess" she was making it last as long as possible!

IMG_156.jpg

IMG_157.jpg

IMG_158.jpg

IMG_159.jpg

When we were done it wasn’t quite time for our ADRs at Hollywood & Vine but it was getting close and we figured we’d go check in and if we got in early that would be good. E ran to get us FPs for TSM while the girls and I collected the strollers and then we all headed over to H&V. We only waited 10 minutes or so before we were called. This was another great buffet. I think the girls ended up eating more desserts than entrée dishes but I tried not to notice since we were on holidays! E and I kept looking at each other’s plates and saying hey I didn’t see that up there! Jean liked the little dance party but Ella again didn’t want to join in.

As advertised we met:

Leo (again!)

Refueled by a yummy meal we were ready for some more fun!

Day 5 cont'd

During lunch we planned our afternoon based on the Times Guide. Our first stop after lunch was Muppet Vision-3D. This show was incredibly funny :rotfl2: The girls enjoyed it but not as much as E and I. We of course remember watching the Muppet show every week as kids so everything had so much more meaning for us than it did to the young kids!

Then we caught the 2pm showing of the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular. E really enjoys the Indiana Jones movies so this was fun for him, Ella thought it was interesting and took this

IMG_165.jpg

but Jean was a little bored. It was during this show that she decided it was time to change out of the Cinderella dress back into “street” clothes. So while I thought it was a good show I was a little distracted by her while watching. We took time for some photo ops on the way out:

IMG_166.jpg

IMG_167.jpg

We walked back over to Star Tours and saw that the Photopass photographer at the speeders had no customers at the moment so got some pics there before riding Star Tours:

IMG_168.jpg

IMG_169.jpg

IMG_170.jpg

IMG_171.jpg

Being big Star Wars fans E and I thought Star Tours was fun, but I also agree with various reviews that it could use some updating.

Our plan was to head back to the other side of the park to see the 4pm show of Beauty & the Beast, stopping to ride the Great Movie Ride on the way, but as we started out we could see the Block Party Bash doing its thing down by the Sorcerer’s Hat, so we decided to stake out a spot to watch. We found a spot that was somewhat shaded and E went to get some frozen treats while we waited for the party to come our way. I think I had to explain to Ella at least three times that this was not a normal parade that constantly moves, that if we just waited patiently it would come our way and have the party in front of us too. It did finally get to us and we had one of the toy soldier floats with Mr. Potato-Head and Bo-Peep right in front of us.

IMG_173.jpg

I keep telling everyone that you have not lived until you see Mr. Potato-Head do the “YMCA” dance :)

IMG_172.jpg

Jean joined in when they called for the kids

IMG_174.jpg

IMG_175.jpg

but Ella refused – I realized we hadn’t really been watching the time and she was overdue for some more Advil  Her mood improved once that kicked in – its hard to be annoyed at the poor kid when I knew she wasn’t feeling well.

Overall the parade is a lot of fun and I still can’t get over the stamina that those dancers have, especially in that heat!

There wasn’t enough time for the Great Movie Ride before Beauty & the Beast so we ended up not doing it, but we thoroughly enjoyed B&theB. Ella posed for a pic outside the theater

IMG_176.jpg

We commented that in this day alone we had seen 4 shows and all of them had capacities bigger than our local theater (granted we live in a small town;)) and these shows ran multiple times each day with near capacity crowds. It boggles the mind when you stop and think about it!

I’ve just realized that I didn’t take very many pictures for the rest of the day, so my apologies that it will be mostly text for the rest of this post :)

We decided to split up next – the girls wanted to see Playhouse Disney but E wasn’t really interested. I suggested he go to either One Man’s Dream or the Magic of Disney Animation and we agreed to meet at 5:30 outside TSM as it would finally be time for our FPs (remember we got them way back before lunch?!).

The Playhouse Disney show was cute, but I definitely agree with all the comments about the puppets being too small. It was hard to see them so the kids stand up and then they are told to sit down. Oh well, both girls enjoyed it – I knew Jean would, but I thought Ella might be too old for it. Obviously not as she sang along and had a good time.

We had a bit of time before meeting E so the girls stopped to buy some souvenirs. Ella got a stuffed Belle doll and Jean got a miniature Belle playset.

We met back up with E, who was quite excited about the Magic of Disney Animation, and used our FPs for TSM. I commented as we went through the FP line and glimpsed some of the other line that it was too bad we were missing out on all the theming in the standby line but we agreed that it wasn’t worth waiting 70 minutes just to experience the theming in the line! Anyways TSM was so much fun!! The girls had pretty low scores, while I had around 50,000 and E had around 75,000. I didn’t think to have my camera out to take pictures of our scores so we don’t remember exactly, we just remember having a blast and thinking that TSM definitely lived up to the hype!

We decided to split up again as Jean wanted to try ToT but Ella most adamantly did not. E had enjoyed MofDA so much and thought Ella would like it too, plus there were a number of character greetings on the way out, so E and Ella went back to do that, while Jean and I went to ToT. I thought the dark, creepy surroundings of the line and pre-show would make her nervous but it did not seem to phase her at all! She did keep asking where the people on the TV had disappeared to. I had a lot of fun on the ride but I could tell by Jean’s face that it was scarier than she had thought. We were holding hands and I had my arm around her as well, so that helped. When we got off I asked her if she was scared and she replied in a shaky voice that it was really scary, so I reminded that we were off and safe and told her I thought it was scary too but in a fun way. She said that it was a little fun and a lot scary. So I asked if she would ride it again and she replied not today but maybe the next trip :thumbsup2

The plan had been to meet at the ABC Commissary at 6:30 for dinner, so Jean and I headed in what I thought was the right direction. Somehow I got completely turned around and by the time we got there it was 6:40 and we discovered that it had closed at 6:30. I called E’s cell as we didn’t see them anywhere – he said they were still at MofDA that they were doing the drawing class and he had to go so I quickly said that we would just meet them in the Animation Courtyard. They took forever to come out and when they finally did I could tell right away there was a problem. Ella had enjoyed the tour part and was eager to try the drawing class, as was E. The problem is that Ella is a perfectionist and expects to get things perfect, so when she stopped to re-do something she then missed the next instructions and then was behind. E of course wasn’t really paying attention to her as he was enjoying his own drawing and by the time he realized something was wrong it was too late to help or try to fix it. So they came out with Ella in a foul mood because she was an awful artist (her words) :sad2:. By this time it was shortly after 7pm and the park was closed so we headed toward the entrance hoping to find a Photopass photographer on the way out for a Socerer’s hat shot (since I had completely forgotten to do this earlier in the day) but they had all disappeared. I made do with taking one myself of each of the girls while E returned the rented stroller.

We debated going to Downtown Disney or into Epcot for dinner but since we were all hungry and tired after a long day at HS decided the best option was to go back to POR to the food court, then have a quick swim before bed. We didn’t even bother all going to the food court, I got the girls’ order and went and got our food and brought it back , then E went and got his and we just ate in the room. Jean had mac & cheese, Ella had chicken strips, I had pasta and E had roast turkey dinner. It was all pretty good.

I took the girls for a swim and then got them into bed.

E had decided that he would forego KSC the next day so that we could spend more time at MK. We planned to have a relatively slow morning again as that had worked well this morning, so we were aiming for arriving around 10am and our first stop would be Tomorrowland since we had not done any of those attractions yet.

Stay tuned to see how it works out!

What a fun day you had!! It sounds like you got alot accomplished!! Wow!:thumbsup2 Love all the pictures with the Playhouse Disney characters!! Glad to hear you enjoyed TSM!! We were sad to miss all the fun things in the stand-by line.:sad2: But we agreed it wouldn't be worth waiting an hour or more to see them. Another great update as usual!:goodvibes Can't wait for more...

Looks like you all had a blast with the HSM show ! Great pictures with the Playhouse Disney characters , we had a blast doing this also ! Glad to here that you enjoyed the buffet at Hollywood and Vine , that place really seems to get a bad rep here on the dis boards but it's my favorite buffet at WDW . Cute Star Wars photo pass pictures , we also did photo pass here and they were some of our best photo pass pictures of the trip :) Your DD was very brave for doing TOT , I've only done it once myself and probably won't do it again unless one of the kids wants too , just leaves you w/ a really funny feeling IMO .:scared: Sorry to see that you didn't get your photo pass picture on the way out :( You did pretty good on your own though .:thumbsup2 Can't wait to see how your next day goes at MK !popcorn::popcorn::
