Only three weeks to go - and I can hardly stand it!!! I want to leave NOW! We'll be arriving at the Fort on 3-29, staying 11 nights in our motorhome - but two of our friends and their two children will be arriving on 4-5, staying 4 nights (the balance of our stay), camping in a tent on our site. How do we coordinate their check-in? They have a copy of the reservation, but do we pay the $5.00 or $10.00 per adult for them when we check in, or do they pay it when they arrive? Should we give their names and address, etc. when we check in, noting their arrival day? Thank you for you much needed advice!
We have done this before. When you check in they will ask if you will have any guest. Just give them there names at that point they may issue cards for them then or they may do it when they arrive we have had both happen. One time they didn't even charge for the extra people. But I thought it was only $2.00 per person per night but I could be wrong.
How many people can be at one campsite before they charge you extra for them? Is it like a hotel room where you pay extra for more than four in a room?
Thanks for the info. I had no idea that you had to pay extra for more than two people. I guess it makes sense since they are using more water, electricity, etc. than two people would.
I hate to beat a dead horse, but I want to make sure you realize that the $2 per day charge is for each ADULT beyond the first 2. Under 17 does not count.

I understand...we don't have anyone under 17 in our house anymore. Maybe one of these days I'll get some grandchildren and then they will be free at the Fort!
