BTMRR broke down while they were riding it, they were near the end of the ride, and CMs had to walk everyone off! They got fastpasses for MK good till Sept 15!

Yeah, I saw on the wait times app that it was closed about an hour ago. Sounds like a good deal to me. I never get to be walked off of a ride.

My DS is there now (he lives in Orlando) and loves to text me from WDW to make me jealous and this was one of the things he texted me this morning. He was in line and got the FP

Big Thunder stopped on us last year. We were on the way up the middle hill and we had to be evacuated from the train. It was pretty cool walking back stage through the mountain!

When we were there a few weeks ago, we were stopped on the safari at AK. We were stopped for 25 min. and got to watch the elephants the entire time so that made it go by quickly. We were given a fast pass for what ever ride we wanted to use it for at AK and it was good until Oct. 31.

Same thing happened to me in Jan of 09..we stopped at the last hill i believe where your in the mountain. we had to get off and climb thru the cave like passages and got FPs! We came back later that day to ride and it was great!

We were stopped on the safari at AK on Tue Aug 17th in the morning. They said a tree fell on the path. It was a hot day, was very happy when we started moving.
