I just received a code for friends and family to use to stay in a 1 bedroom villa at OKW between Aug 30th -Oct 1st, for 199 a night... is this a good deal?

Yes, it is. But it sounds like you received the invitation from a DVC member and you must attend the DVC tour during your stay.

I am DVC and got one of the emails myself to pass along to others. This is the first time (I believe) that Disney has taken this route.

However, if you are going and want to save about 50% off the rack rate of the 1 bedrooms and don't mind going to the tour, then it is a great price.

I am too a dvc member and got it to give out not as an invite.But before i pass along, i wanted to know if it was a good deal.
