we're going to disney next december and i'm taking my best friend. has any one taken their friend? how did it go, did you get along the whole time? did your parents let you go off on your own at all? about how much did your friend have to pay, and what did they have to pay for?if any one has any advice or tips on how to get your parents to let you go off on your own? how did your parents like haveing your friend there.

In june I'm taking my friend Sara. We're paying for everything except she's bringing shopping money. She's bringing $450. We are pretty good friends I think we'll get along just fine. Yes my parents are letting us go off in the park by ourselves as long as there in the same park. We have a meeting spot. My mom's putting our money on a credit card so we don't lose the cash. And if we come across something we can just charge it. I love plastic!!! My mom's loving me going with someone cuz she and my dad will have time in parks by thereself. To get your mom to let you and your friend go off tell her that you'll be in the same park and youre really responsibe..

Oh yeah instead of taking my normal cell phone my mom's buying some just for the trip. So we can call her about the meeting place. Hope it goes fun!!!

i took my friend, cass.
we payed for everything, except suviners(sp) and extra things she wanted to buy.
they kind of let us off by ourselves, to go on some rides and stuff.
and they let us walk around the hotel by ourselves too.
we got along great, because were best friends.
i agree with the poster above about how to get you to go off by yourselves.

its so much better taking a friend to disney.

well i took my friend but her family went with us and we got along pretty well
and we were aloud to go around the hotel by ourselfs but we were not aloud to go around the parks by our selves. hope this helps!

When we went in Oct for MNSSHP, my parents wanted to bring my best friend Stefany along. She didn't want to go beacuse, get this, she does'nt understand what the point of WDW is. She thinks its stupid. I wanted to bring her, and her parents were willing to pay for her, but she refused to go.

i was either 12 or 13 i think i ad just turned 13.

1. yes. when we were 13. i took a friend and my brothers took a friend.
2. it was awesome!

4. they let us go to the pool whenever we wanted because it was august! we could ride on the buses or monorail or boats when we wanted to.
5. she paid about 250.
6. she had to pay for half of her ticket, half of the plane ride, and whatever she bought for gifts. everything else our parents split costs.
7. they loved having our friends there. they thought of it as "spreading the magic"

i brought my friend last summer for my 16th birthday. we went on the cruise and then stayed at wilderness lodge. my mom paid for everything, but my friend had to pay for suveniers. it was fun, im not gunna lie, by the end of the trip i was a little sick of her, cuz i was with her ALLL the time, even when we were on the phone with our bfs we were together. but i loved it, it was so much fun! i got her to go on her first rollercoaster(EE) and she loved it. my mom let us go around the parks during the day by ourselves, we didn't even have to tell her where we were going(but we were 15 and 16) but we had to be with her to eat dinner and then at night. but sometimes we would meet up with my mom just because, and on my birthday we were with my mom.

I haven't taken any friends yet; with six of us, another would be just a tad too many. But next summer, I'm hoping to go with two of my other friends to Disney. That way two of us will have our driver's liscence, and since us two are rather responsible, the parents will trust us. I haven't discussed it with my parents yet; I'm hoping to get at least half of the money I'll need before, that way I can prove this isn't just some fleeting idea. The others don't have to worry about money, and their parents will agree, so it's all up to me. If any of you have any suggestions as to how to broach the subject, let me know, please!

I just went to disney with my friend yesterday. we went completely alone and went park hopping. I called my mom after we left a park and called her when we got there. It was really fun and got to do what we wanted to do.
