Yep. I checked here http://allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm#epc and it looks like the cantina does not offer fried ice cream either....

When we were there (a few weeks ago) we spoke at length with one of the head chefs. He was careful to explain that fried ice cream did not "originate" in Mexico so it can not be offered on the menu. He said that only traditional Mexican fare can be served.

Yes.. I just love it there If you decide to dine there at dinnertime tho, be sure to make advanced reservations ~
