fridge and medical need?

We are leaving for wdw Sat. My DH is diabetic and needs his insulin to be kept cold. I have called and requested a fridge for medical reasons. Has anyone else had to do that and what were your results? Oh, and we're at Pop.

I have not read a report of anyone with a legitimate medical need not getting a fridge.
