Oh, and Donna, I sent in 7 guesses. I know one of them is right, I just don't know which one. I didn't get a TU yet, but I will.

I just cant even wrap my little brain around what I am supposed to do to solve it. I think it has to do with the degree in the angle but I dont know.

okay folks the answer

the number in the middle is the degrees the long arm is pointing to divided by 10.

in the empty star the long arm is pointing to 180 degrees so the missing number is 18
