Friday from MAN on VS073

It's a long shot anyone is on the same flight but we've not been able to select seats since booking months and months ago. Seat map is now showing and although I can't change, I wouldn't want to anyway as we've got the back of the front half of the PE seats in the bump on the 747 so verrrrry happy. 73+74 K&H. Return is still unavailable to even view so assume they don't know the plane yet but outbound is most important anyway as the kids are awake all the way!

Now I can get excited woohoo.

We are flying out in 4 weeks time on the VS073, and like you we have been unable to pre book our PE seats since making the reservation.

Was it only today the seat map opened do you know?

I could probably name the time within a couple of hours lol, I've been checking somewhat obsessively!

It finally appeared this afternoon at around 5pm for the 14:05 Friday flight. Previous check was about 3pm so somewhere between those two.

Oh, it appears to be an old config although downstairs PE seems odd at only 2 rows, not sure if I've been on that config before.

I have been checking daily, well maybe every 4 hours or so for the past 2 months

When you logged on had they allocated you those seats already? Those seats are my preferred choice if were in the bubble

Yes, there were no free seats at all and they were already selected. Fingers crossed we keep them.
