Friday brunch options

Hi all, on our upcoming January trip I had originally planned for a Saturday brunch at Homecomin'. Instead, we might be switching up our itinerary and hitting up a park on the Saturday. This is leaving Friday as our new "sleep in and get brunch" day.

But, as far as I understand, Homecomin'-- and all the other locations at Disney Springs-- don't offer their brunch menus on Fridays. Can one still order brunch items anyway? Are there other options relatively close by for a good brunch on a Friday? We will likely be staying at POFQ on the Friday. Not super picky on the exact menu, just something different than the normal Mickey waffles and basic buffet fare

We'd also be going to a park on the Sunday, so wouldn't be able to do a DS brunch if they really only offer it on Sat/Sun

Thanks!

Traditionally, brunch is a weekend offering so don’t expect too many eateries to offer it other days. Still looking at the various breakfast menus it’s not that hard to patch a brunch meal together.
Happy hunting!

Olivia’s over at Old Key West as well though I’ve never eaten there so I can’t speak to it. Those are the only 2 I can think of off the top of my head. Brunch is generally a weekend thing tbh even at home I’m hard pressed to think of places other than diners that have brunch menus during the week.

Thanks all! I also started to ask myself "okay, so the original plan was brunch, WHY exactly does the new plan have to also be brunch?" Haha. I'm going to consider still eating at Homecomin' anyway for lunch, since we've never been and its always been so well recommended. I appreciate the suggestions of Olivia's and Grand Flo Cafe also since we've never been before to either; its worth considering!

@Pens Fan I do also appreciate the suggestion of Whispering too!! We will be staying at WL later in our trip and will definitely be there another day. We enjoy it there

I would just look for lunch options. If you're sleeping in, 11 am should be fine for the first meal of the day. People can grab a croissant if they're hungry early.

Boma is awesome

Yeah not really Brunch, and they do stop severing at 11:30, I'm not sure what they mean by sleeping in. But if the OP wants something "different" it's a beautiful resort and where else can you walk out to see the animals on the savannah that's different! Food is a little more common, when compared to dinner... but one of the best buffets.
