Fresh Serving Times?

I was wondering if anyone knows what time Fresh starts serving breakfast in the morning.
I'm staying at the Dolphin & wanted to know if I would have time for breakfast there before getting to the front of Epcot at 9:15 AM for a Segway Tour.
