Fresh cut fruit

Where are the places around WDW to get good fresh cut fruit? And is it a snack on DDP?

I had strawberries and cream at sunshine seasons near soarin, They were so sweet and good.and used as a snack credit.

Thanks! I am thinking of pineapple and watermelon etc, in a container.

I've bought fresh cut fruit at the market stand on Sunset BLVD at MGM. Don't know if it's a snack on the DDP though.

Fresh Pineapple slice from the Dole Whip stand at MK.
Grapes from any of the fresh fruit carts.

I'm pretty sure I saw the D/Psnack by all the fruits.

Almost all the resorts have fruit cups and grapes and such available and you can use a CS dessert credit or a snack credit for them.

Here is one we got at Wilderness Lodge - mostly grapes and different melon:

The Mara at Boma also had diced watermelon.

One of the best resorts to get fresh fruit at is Coronado Springs' Pepper Market. The others have some limited prepackaged fruit, and most will sell bananas in the am (though they sell out!). PM has an actual fruit/sandwich/salad station with live staff preparing fruit.

In the parks there are fuit stands with some fruit - Liberty Square in MK (near HM), Near Haramabe Market (Africa - just outside the safari ride) at AK, the food court at MGM near the BB show. Selections vary.


Fresh cut fruit is one thing that's sort of lacking a little at WDW, IMO. It's one of the things we always stock up on if we get a chance to go to a market.

Some of the buffets offer whole apples and oranges - CM and CP come to mind. I think fresh fruit was also available at the character breakfast buffet at the Swan -but they are remodeling. The new Med Market at the Dolphin advertises their fresh fruit juices.

Nowhere I have seen recently on property - FLORIDA oranges. They are all Sunkist from California - Yuck!

AK has delicious fresh fruit near the safari!!!

The bakery on the boardwalk has a really fruit and it's on the ddp. A great value!

I was there last weekend and saw many of the ice cream vendors throughout the parks had fresh cut fruit. I didn't see the ddp symbol on it though.

The fruit salad at Flame Tree BBQ in AK is HUGE!!!
