Frequency of Moderator Availability?

How often are Mods here on the forum? I have sent a private message to 2 mods 2 days ago and have not gotten a response. Is that typical? Is there any way to confirm receipt with them?

We are on and off as our schedules allow. Some are on more frequently than others. I am headed to bed right now but if you think it is something I can help with you can send me a PM and I will try to get back to you tomorrow. It may not be until late evening though-- I can't DIS at work.
