French Quarter or Riverside?

We ahve stayed at both and while we loved both, we prefer POFQ. Both hotels are beautiful and the landscaping at both are great. We prefer POFQ b/c it is so small- never a long walk to anywhere. WHile our room at POR was close to the main building and bus stop, you could get long walks here. POFQ is much smaller. The two resorts share buses- with POFQ being picked up first (should always have a seat) and being dropped off first at night. Also, who could resist the beignets???

Both are great and you will be happy at either! We just love POFQ, but I think POR is our second choice!
