I've watched several iFilm shorts, but I'm not getting the points. Just wondering if others are having that same problem.

Hmmm I did about 10 yesterday and got credit for everyone. I didn't try it today though. Did you click on the film banner each time before loading another video. Normally it credits you as soon as the video starts to play back you have to go back to freeride and click on the banner again so you get credit for the second video.

I tried again today, and still no points for the videos. Do I just click on the link on the Freeride home page and then click on a video? Do I need to be registered on iFilm? These are such easy points I hate to be missing out.

I have done one, you click on the link, then cklick on the video. When that one is ALL done, you have to go back to the Freeride page and click on the link again and repeat in order to get more points.

Did you refresh your account balance?? Normally I won't see the points on my total until I refresh the screen.

ETA: I am doing some right now I refreshed the screen but that doesn't add the points you need to click on my account up top and then you will see them added.

I have trouble getting credited for things at FreeRide. I get a couple emails a day and do every single one that has simple registration (email, zip, etc.) Unfortunately I never kept track of what I signed up for and what I didn't so I have to rely on their accounting. I have a little over 23,000 points and I've been doing this for a year. At 300, 400, and 500 points per email plus the things I signed up for through the site, it seems I should have hit a $25 payout a long time ago.

Basically I'm just trying to get another couple thousand so I can cash out at $25 and that's it - I'm done with Freeride.

That sucks. Must be so frusturating to do an offer completely and then not get credited. I wish I could help you but I'm not having the same problem. Freeride is one of the better sites I think (I just wish they would have more rewards). I get about 8,000 points a month so I'm well on my way to a 25 dollar gift card! Did you try emailing them maybe then can give you some suggestions on how to get credited for your done offers.

I haven't bothered to email since I haven't kept track of what I've signed up for - and I delete the emails when I finish. I'm going to start keeping track over the next month and really pay close attention to what gets credited and what doesn't. I looked at my account history and it seems that I'm getting one of those paid emails credited once a week at most - there are full 2 week breaks between credits at some points. I KNOW I've signed up for more of those "x points for email address, x points for zip code, x points for first page" emails than what my history says.

Glad to hear I'm not the norm. Gives me hope that once I start tracking I can get something done about it.

i'm so mad with freeride right now i could scream. i have been a member there since 99 and stuck with them even tho they opened and closed etc. so this past year 2005-2006 i managed to get a measly 24,000 tokens part of which was a blockbuster signup. they did not give me credit and after i emailed them and sent proof etc. it took 3 months for them to give me the tokens. so i finally get a $10 amazon gc on april 20th 06. then on april 26 i got another amazon $10 gc. both were sent via email. i didnt use the first one yet because i planned on using them both at the same time. when i tried to use them, the codes did not work! so i called amazon and didnt get anywhere. then after countless emails with amazon they tell me the 2nd freeride gc was a reissue of the first gc which totally negates the first one! i tried explaining to amazon it was TWO SEPERATE REWARDS. so even tho i wanted to forward them the freeride emails to prove that, i'm still out a $10 gc. there's no point in even arguing with freeride about it because i know it wont get me anywhere at all.
