I tried getting one of these for my motorcycle helmet. They want to you choose how you want to "pay" for the item. I chose credit card~ thought it would let me pass by without CC info since it is free. I tried to submit my info- however, it said they needed CC info before submitting.

So- I went back and tried choosing pmt by check through the mail. It asks who's name is on check- I just put my name and what is your check #- I just put in a 1- you are then directed to a page with all of your order info- they ask you to print it and MAIL the form to them.

Not a big deal to pay some postage- But not sure if anyone else's order went right through w/o pmt info???

This is exactly how I did it. I think there is a fax number though to fax the form since you don't have to send payment.
