I usually try the mfg. website to see you can sign up there for freebies vs. spending time on the phone and then getting real people vs. automated systems and then blumbering through.... "Um, yeah hi, can I get a free sample of your product" 
The purell # is sending me 2-$1 coupons and pepcid is sending 2 free samples. So you just have to take your chances. I will try the mfg. websites next.
