Free Website Builder?

Calling all websitey peeps!

Which site would you recommend for a free (or cheap) out of the box type website creation for a small company? Just want some bog standard pages for news, calendar, gallery etc. but that can be customised a bit?

Most hosting companies will offer this application for free but you can also get a free website from wordpress.com...

Usually a one button install and VIOLA.. login and start publishing. There are tons of FREE templates for design as well as tons of free add ons.
