Free upgrades at OKW and SP all booked!

Just called for the free upgrade and nothing available. I was told that I could check back periodically to see if anything opens up. That is what I get for waiting for too long. At least I still have free dining. Hoping WDW will open up some more rooms.

Anyone else get told they are all booked???

Forgive me if I am wrong here but...You would not ASK for a free upgrade you would just be grateful if one was offered to you....

Lots of people here were offered free upgrades to SSR or OKW. The OP means she got the offer and when she called, they were all already booked.

I'm sorry, OP. My offer said something like thru 7/31, so maybe you could call every day and see if there is a cancellation. Throwing some pixie dust your way

I agree I would keep calling especially around the middle of July. I know my balance is due by July 15th. There may be someone that will not be able to make it.

In the past I was told that cancellations of ressies that didn't get the deposit made are cancelled at 10 p.m. & that calling first thing is the way to go about getting what you're looking for.
