just make sure your camera doesn't weigh more than the listed 1 lb. they look like gorilla pod knock offs. never used them myself. I'm all for a bargain but i think I'd be afraid to use them wrapped around something to hold a camera, maybe for standing on a table where if it let loose it and the camera fell it wouldn't ruin it.

i do know anytime I've bought bargain photo gear it hasn't been that much of a bargain in the long run, IE the Honk Kong step up rings bent and now won't come off my one CP, the Hong Kong extension tubes only had directions written in Chinese and weren't AF etc.... in other words, money down the drain

For $5 it doesn't look too bad for a camera you can fit in your pocket. I had one that was good for up to 2 pounds which I used for my bridge camera. It worked out well for a little bit but now the legs keep falling off. Personally I'd only use this as a tabletop tripod, not to hang a camera from a tree or something.

I buy from 1saleaday.com (same site) all the time. I don't buy anything major (usualy cheap stuff like this), but I've had 100% satisfaction with them. However, if they screw up a order, I heard it can turn into a nightmare. Just other expereinces I read on the internet.

Biggest order I ever did with them was a 1080p upconvert DVD burner for $49.99. It shipped quickly and I was happy. Other items: memory cards, clip-on WA lens, another WA threaded lens set, headphones. All were good expereinces for me.

You need to watch them closely though. In this case, I think these are knock-offs, and the $4.99 shipping you'll pay is likely the price you pay for a 3-pack of these on any givien day.
