Don't get your hopes up about a Disney movie. I didn't get any info on a free movie for my Bday. I email Disney Movie Rewards about it. They basically said "tough luck. The movies are only for "select" people." If you don't get the magic email, you don't get a movie.

I ordered one for myself (I love Tinkerbell & figured I could use it to carry small things in on vacations when I tend to misplace smaller things) on Oct 24th, it was shipped the 26th, and arrived on the 28th.

For mine, after I log in and click on the "My Account" tab, it shows my name and points balance. Under that are 3 banner ads - one for the Free Tink tote, one for the Snow White sweepstakes, and one for the Santa Buddies plush offer.

If its not there, maybe you could email customer support - I'm not sure where else it would come up.
